T-REX will replace any component within the 83-piece box set due to manufacturer or materials defect or failure. All one has to do is take a camera shot of the component in question and write a brief description of its lack of performance. Upload the pic as an attachment and send it to T-REX. Once reviewed, a replacement will be sent out if determined that the manufacturer or materials defect is at fault.
